BREAKING: What Soldiers Did To Policemen Escorting Powerful Kogi Politician

On Saturday, soldiers at a checkpoint in Agbadu Bunu village, Kaba/Bunu Local Government Area of Kogi State, engaged in a heated argument with policemen who were reportedly escorting a politician in a three-vehicle convoy during the election.

The convoy, consisting of three tinted Toyota Jeeps, was halted along with other vehicles.

Despite attempts by the policemen to appeal to the soldiers, the situation escalated, and one of the soldiers began shouting, “you are not on election duty. Go back!”

The soldier queried, ” Are they (policemen) supposed to be moving around during election? They should tell their principal to come down and explain to our oga . Today is not for ‘big man’ to be moving around. Let all politicians stay in their house to go and vote.”

The standoff persisted for over 30 minutes before the soldiers eventually permitted the policemen to proceed. Additionally, at the location, numerous heavy trucks were observed parked by the soldiers.
