Excitement As Tinubu Makes Massive Fresh Appointments Days To Christmas (FULL LISTS)

“In line with the Renewed Hope Agenda of Mr President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, the Honourable Minister of Aviation and Aerospace Development, Festus Keyamo has released the list of newly appointed Directors of the Agencies under the Ministry as follows,” the statement said.

The recent appointments follow the removal of all directors within the ministry last week, part of an ongoing initiative to overhaul Nigeria’s aviation sector and enhance the safety and efficiency of air travel for its citizens.

Last Thursday, Mr. Tinubu dismissed the directors/CEOs of agencies in the Aviation ministry, citing the high cost of underperformance in the sector. The President emphasized the urgent need for the establishment of world-class policy design, implementation, and regulatory frameworks to realign the sector with his Renewed Hope Agenda.

The affected agencies include the Federal Airport Authority of Nigeria (FAAN), Nigerian Meteorological Agency (NiMET), Nigeria Airspace Management Agency (NAMA), Nigeria Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA), and Nigeria Safety and Investigation Bureau (NSIB).

The statement further outlined that the newly appointed directors should contact the human resource department director of the ministry for their letters of appointment. Additionally, a new directorate named “Cargo Services” has been introduced at the Federal Airport Authority of Nigeria (FAAN) to address sector-specific issues. The statement indicated that the appointment of a new director for “Cargo Services” is imminent.
