However, the Red Devils have emerged victorious in their last two encounters against Aston Villa, triumphing 3-2 and 1-0, respectively.
Aston Villa’s Team Updates:
The host team welcomes back Morgan Rogers, who was ineligible for the FA Cup defeat to Chelsea. Nicolo Zaniolo and Pau Torres are also available for selection after recovering from injuries. Unfortunately, Ezri Konsa will be sidelined for three to four weeks due to a knee problem. Tyrone Mings and Emiliano Buendia remain sidelined with long-term injuries, while Jhon Duran is progressing in his recovery from a hamstring concern. Aaron Wan-Bissaka will miss the clash after exiting Thursday’s training session with an unspecified problem. Raphael Varane is expected to step up in defense following Martinez’s injury.
