According to EFCC spokesperson Dele Oyewale, the arrests, made in the early hours of Wednesday in Akure metropolis, were prompted by community concerns about the suspects’ illicit activities.

Seized items included luxury cars, electronic devices, and a motorcycle, signaling a major breakthrough in the fight against cybercrime.

As investigations continue, the suspects await their day in court, facing charges related to their alleged involvement in internet scams.
