Customs Raises FX Rate For Import Duties To N1,530/$
The Nigeria Customs Service (NCS) has revised the foreign exchange (FX) rate for import duties to N1,530 per dollar, effective Friday, May 17…..read also Court Upholds CBN’s Directive, Orders Banks To Collect Customer’s Social Media Handles
This reflects a 6.13 percent increase from the previous rate of N1,441.58, which was adopted on May 6. The NCS typically adjusts FX rates for import duties in accordance with recommendations from the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) based on trading activities in the official FX market.
