PDP Fires Back: Okpebholo’s Bribery Allegations Are Baseless And Desperate

The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has dismissed allegations by Edo State Governor, Monday Okpebholo, regarding an alleged plot to bribe the state Election Tribunal, calling them false and politically motivated.

The statement further described Okpebholo’s actions as a desperate move to rewrite history after his electoral defeat. The PDP urged the tribunal to take note of his remarks, not because they hold merit, but because they reveal his attempts to manipulate public perception for political gain.

The party reaffirmed its confidence in the judicial process, asserting that the tribunal’s decisions would be based on facts and the law, rather than politically motivated accusations.
