Nigeria Police Seal Church Over Alleged Killing of LASU Graduate

The Lagos State Police Command has sealed a church in connection with the alleged murder of 28-year-old Adedamola Ogunbode, a graduate of Lagos State University (LASU).

Police spokesperson Benjamin Hundeyin confirmed the action on Monday, stating that the church, where Ogunbode was reportedly killed and buried, was sealed to prevent potential retaliation, as some individuals had planned to set the building on fire…….READ MORE

Hundeyin clarified that the church remains a suspected crime scene, and police would continue to investigate it, possibly revisiting the location several times to collect further evidence. He also confirmed that three individuals have been arrested and detained in connection with the investigation. A public update will be provided as the case develops.
