BREAKING: Senator Olujimi Withdraws From Ekiti PDP Primary Election (See Shocking Reason)

The lawmaker representing Ekiti South Senatorial District in the National Assembly, Abiodun Olujimi, has withdrawn from the primary election of the Peoples Democratic Paty (PDP) in the state.

Senator Olujimi is one of the key aspirants vying for the PDP ticket in the June 18 governorship election in Ekiti State.

On why she decided to quit, the senator cited gender bias and an unfair resolution of matters arising from a lingering controversial congress of the party.

According to her,  the list to be used for the primary puts her at a disadvantage as her local government is left with only 12 delegates as decided by the party leadership.
