The internet has always been a crazy place for bullying and venting so much negativity, and pretentiously speaking it would be so for a very long time to come. So many people have given up on life because of orchestrated attempts to bring them to public ridicule by trolls.

With barely a year to the 2023 general elections, we should expect heavy slanders deliberately cooked up to finish off political adversaries and contenders. From all manifestations, it would be worse than ever.

It’s so nasty that even renowned blogs and online platforms are willing tools in setting up all sorts of accounts online for the sole purpose of bringing other people down.

There is the need to exercise caution as nobody has the monopoly of false and misleading propaganda.

Days ago the media was awash with a doctored picture of Asiwaju Bola Tinubu wetting his clothes on his visit to some key traditional rulers in Ogun State.

The orchestrators of this whole mischief are unfortunately bringing a new dimension into electoral campaigns with the sole aim of totally changing the face of the electoral contests with outright falsehood.

Here is a man that has children and grandchildren but because of the simple fact that Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu seems to be the most flourishing aspirant in the race, they would not mind crumbling him fully.

Now before I go further let me explicitly point out the two main reasons why some people are against Tinubu.

The first reason is Tinubu’s role in the emergence of Buhari and the second reason is the issue of his health.

The majority of these people orchestrating these wicked and malicious lies know how gullible Nigerians can be, they have not refuted the fact that Tinubu has the track record of performance instead they hide under the canopy of these two reasons above.

Someone yesterday was asking me if Tinubu who brought Buhari to wreck the country has any moral standing to come and say he wants to contest, he asked me what is Tinubu coming to do? Is he coming to repair what he caused in the first place?

I looked at my good friend and felt sorry for him, I asked him this Buhari that you keep crucifying how many Governors have performed close to him? On a scale of 100, how many governors can rate their performance close to Buhari?

These governors that collect the whole internally generated revenue and allocation in the Universe how many do they use for development? Today all ministries under FG from Transportation to Education, Agric etc have legacy projects under this administration, how many can they boast of from their State Governors?

But they are campaigning for vampires eating deep in their locality, and are crucifying Buhari who is in Abuja.

I further asked my friend even if Buhari is the worse person ever on earth what has that got to do with Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu?

We are talking of competency you are saying Tinubu gave us Buhari, was Atiku, Bukola Saraki, the New PDP, APGA and ANPP not a part of the APC? Why single out Tinubu when the rest players are themselves contesting for the same seat.

Is Atiku, Saraki, Tambuwwal etc that led the rebellion into APC to nail the PDP not all contesting as presidents?

Then there is the issue of Tinubu’s health which the opposition feels is the only way to discredit Tinubu. If you ask them what is wrong with Tinubu they would say, ” Is not that the man na bad guy o, na just say he don too old and he no well. ”

My brother, who no well dey contest elections? Tinubu with all his net worth would not be well and he would be thinking of Presidency? Common, presidential contest no b beans play na, if u no get stamina u go quench for campaign ground o.

Do you think it is easy to cover three states in a day consulting? Haba if it’s a health matter I can guarantee you that Tinubu is as fit as possible.

You see blowing out someone else’s candle doesn’t make yours shine any brighter, campaign and concentrate on your candidate for God’s sake, these people are humans and have a family too.

So the less privileged in the society can not contest elections? Na wetin we dey talk na, because we never see where constitution say Ayefele with all due respect no fit contest election because of say e dey wheelchair.

Dem say Tinubu get Parkinson disease, only dem still say e dey waka pee for body and yet we all dey see Tinubu with our two naked koro koro eyes everyday dey jump upadan for campaign.

You wey say you bam how many Kilometres u fit cover daily?

If you know people wey Tinubu dey bend down greet every day because of say he wan contest president u suppose understand say no be wetin sick man dey put hand put.

Make una still reason say these people wey dey contest election still get children na, no b because of say election una go ruin person household with falsehood, it is nauseating and disparaging.

Anyway, my people talk say na fence wey fall na make Goat fit climb am. I no blame anybody but Tinubu media handlers as represented by Tunde Rahman wey dey form Super Media Aide.

Let me tell you guys a little bit about freethinkers and what happens to them when they hit real money. Political freethinkers are a classic breed that is independent in their opinions and views and see every political move from a vast range of different perspectives.

But gradually these freethinkers when they finally become famous and rich metamorphose into GHOSTTHINKERS.

Ghost Thinkers are no longer thinkers dey have since abandoned the struggle because of their newfound status.

Tunde Rahman was a classic, top-notch journalist but unfortunately, he has taken the toga of a Ghost Thinker who is now above board. He refuses to liaise with thousands of supporters who needs his guidance ahead of the ferocious battle.

He now forms very busy and no longer handles his phones, E get how subject dey busy pass principal? Tunde Rahman has, unfortunately, left thousands of volunteers for Tinubu in the dark with no single one to shine the touch.

His arrogance is becoming unbearable and unfortunately, it has been reflected in Tinubu’s campaign structure. His official media handlers wherever they may be seems disjointed and working at cross purposes.

Ordinarily, these lies and distorted facts from these sons and daughters of retrogression that do want Nigerians to benefit from Tinubu’s managerial and administrative acumen can be better handled if people like Tunde Rahman are UP AND DOING.

Before I drop my pen let me once again reiterate the fact that “negative comments say more about the person making them than the person they are meant for”.

You just sit down in your house probably because you have access to a keyboard and start all sorts of maligning stories about the Jagaban because you want to promote your candidate that you do not even have in mind yet.

For every lie peddled it only goes a long way to show how petty and much of a backstabber you can be in real life. You deliberately share stories you know personally is untrue all for the sake of putting the lights off someones else’s candle.

Only if you know such things can be incredibly hurtful to the person on the receiving end.

Well, it is all well and good as we fast approach the general elections let who without sin cast the first stone. Be ready to receive your own fair share of stories against your Mentor and Hero.

The space is big enough for both MISCHIEF and FAIR PLAY. We all should put on our seat belts and get ready for the bumpy journey ahead.
