Nigerian Gov’s Aide Resigns (See Resignation Letter)
Ahead of the 2023 general elections in Delta State, the Chairman of the Rural Water Supply Sanitation, RUWASSA, Hon.(Barr.) Ejaife Odebala, has tendered his resignation from the cabinet of Governor Arthur Ifeanyi Okowa.
This was contained in the resignation letter signed by the former lawmaker and addressed to Governor Arthur Ifeanyi Okowa and the Secretary to the State Government, Chief Patrick Ukah.
In the letter, Hon. Odebala said, “This resignation is in compliance with the newly-signed electoral act amendment bill as I pursue my ambition for the 2023 gubernatorial election.”
Hon. Odebala thanked Governor Okowa for the opportunity given to him to serve in his cabinet.
