E Choke Abi? Why Tinubu Is Topping The Headlines As Afenifere Throws Weight Behind APC National Leader

No matter how sharp it is, a knife will never cut its own handle. ~ Vietnamese Proverb.

The past 10 weeks continuously has seen Tinubu topping the headlines back to back, the intensity of Tinubu’s discussion in the polity today is unparalleled.
The presidential election is still about 22 months away and yet the screams and shouts of Tinubu here, Tinubu there are deafening.

A closer look at the trajectory of Tinubu’s towering popularity would definitely give you a clue on how his fame would skyrocket in the coming weeks.

So scary is Tinubu’s rising universality that every single day structures across the 774 local government councils keep sprouting up in support of the Jagaban.
The number of support groups springing up for Tinubu on a daily basis makes one begin to wonder if at all the Jagaban would have a competitor if he finally declares for the 2023 presidency.

Aside from the former Lagos State Governor bagging endorsements left, right and centre his political foes seems to have suddenly woken up and are hellbent on halting his acceptability and reach across the 36 States of the federation.
So as expected a heavily orchestrated plot against Tinubu’s candidacy is the major headache of the opposition.

For weeks running it was one smear attack to another from the wailers, it is either Tinubu’s age is giving them sleepless nights or his daughter Folashade, is now a great grandmother and would soon become a great great grandmother.

Tinubu gives relief funds for victims of natural disasters they would shout foul, to them anything Tinubu at all must be stopped. They won’t relent in their efforts to see that the Jagaban is discredited at any given opportunity they have to speak.

The funny aspect be say as these people just dey talk finish say Tinubu no get level for national politics the reverse immediately go just become the case.

It started with Tinubu would never be accepted in the North and the next headline we saw was the council of Islamic leaders in Kano endorses the Jagaban. Then they said no way he would be betrayed by the north.
But yet as we speak today, the number one question on the lip of every average northerner is if Tinubu would be the right choice to take over from Buhari?

Like a jealous housewife seeing the husband smartly dressed going to work looking unperturbed after a turbulent night before would say, “see am na to dey do fine man e Sabi, nothing else he Sabi. bla bla bla ( wailingly uncontrollably just because the man has ignored her childish tantrums).

After seeing the massive shower of love on Tinubu from Katsina to Kaduna, from Kano to Borno the naysayers increased the GEAR of their wailing …”see am, na Fulani slave E B…  na to dey run follow Aboki na e sabi. How ironical, the same man, they allege the North would reject.
Are you aware that these same wailers don’t have a single candidate that is even accepted by IPOB or by Ijaw congress or by South-South youths, or North-East movement, name any local group at all, yet they are laughing at Asiwaju who is busy physically building bridges across the NIGER?

Not only is Tinubu the most sought after political icon to CHAIR major events in the North today, the former Lagos State Governor also seems to be the rallying point for the 2023 presidency in the North as well.

In other words, whether the Jagaban gets into the ring or not we are solidly behind him, that seems to be their body language in the North.

Anyway, have you heard the latest? Afenifere has thrown its weight behind the Jagaban? E Choke abi? Double wahala.

Pa Fasoranti on Tuesday declared his support for the national leader of the All Progressives Congress, Asiwaju Ahmed Tinubu, ahead of the 2023 presidential election. He made this declaration when Tinubu supporters in the five South-West states under the auspices of the South-West Agenda for Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu paid him a courtesy visit in his residence in Akure, the Ondo state capital.

Chief Reuben Fasoranti had these awesome words to say, ‘Tinubu will have my total support. With all his hard work in the country, his activities and his track record, he deserves to be President. I know him very well and he can do it.
He has my total support. Judging from his performances and activities, he is the one that can do it. Our prayer is that God will make him realise his vision and all prayers for him will be granted.”

Even the present Afenifere leader Pa Ayo Adebanjo also gave his endorsement of Tinubu’s leadership.

“Tinubu is one of the few leaders we have with a conscience. He is on the path of recovering Nigeria”.

No matter how sharp it is, a knife will never cut its own handle. There is no way the South-West can ever turn their back on Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

What more can I say? I see no reason why Tinubu should be worried because no matter what anyone does, he or she can not abort God’s plans. Obstacles can only be placed on the way to hinder His plans but he or she can not abort them.

Tinubu is destined for greatness, the wailers should identify their preferred candidate and start showering him or her with LOVE the way, Tinubu’s support groups are currently giving their all to  Tinubu.

The LORD of Heaven’s Armies has spoken— who can change his plans? When his hand is raised, who can stop him?”-Isaiah 14:27
