Firm Restrategises Business Operations To Drive Growth
Cryptocurrency firm SpaceTrade has announced a strategic shift in its operations, moving beyond the buying and selling of digital assets to focus on making cryptocurrency more practical for everyday financial transactions in Nigeria.
Cryptocurrency firm SpaceTrade has announced a strategic shift in its operations, moving beyond the buying and selling of digital assets to focus on making cryptocurrency more practical for everyday financial transactions in Nigeria.
According to Ireporter Online, the company disclosed the new direction while unveiling its rebranded identity and new headquarters, describing the development as a fresh phase in its operations aimed at making digital assets more accessible to a broader segment of Nigerians.
The company’s Chief Executive Officer, Emmanuel Amure, told journalists that SpaceTrade had expanded its services to cover everyday needs such as airtime purchases, electricity bill payments, gift cards and other utility-related transactions.
Amure said accessibility, education and practical application would form the foundation of the company’s new strategy, noting that inadequate understanding of cryptocurrency remains one of the factors limiting its wider adoption.
The company’s co-founder, Oluwatobi Odunaiya, said the rebranding was also designed to simplify the cryptocurrency experience and address the complexity that has discouraged potential users from entering the digital asset market.
Odunaiya explained that the company was placing greater emphasis on education through its online platforms and Space Insights blog, where users can access information on cryptocurrency, digital assets and how SpaceTrade’s services operate.
He said the new approach was intended to make cryptocurrency easier to understand and use, particularly for people who have limited knowledge of digital assets.
The firm said the expanded range of services and renewed emphasis on education are part of its broader effort to bridge the gap between cryptocurrency and everyday financial activities while encouraging more Nigerians to explore the practical applications of digital assets.
