Grassroots Movement Backs Tinubu For Second Term

According to Ireporter Online, the endorsement was announced during a media briefing held in Abuja, where the group reaffirmed its commitment to mobilising support for both President Tinubu and the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) across communities nationwide.

Speaking at the event, the National Chairman of the group, Anthony Adeola Oladejo, stated that the movement has built an extensive organisational network spanning all 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory. He noted that the group maintains active structures at the local government, ward, and polling unit levels, positioning it as a formidable grassroots political force.

Oladejo described PBATGMAPC as one of the most coordinated and deeply entrenched grassroots movements in the country. He also reaffirmed the group’s endorsement of the APC, which he said remains committed to progressive governance, national cohesion, and sustainable development.

The National Secretary of the organisation, Eric Adile Iroajugh, outlined the movement’s strategic priorities, including promoting the administration’s Renewed Hope Agenda, building a nationwide campaign network for all APC candidates, and strengthening engagement between citizens and government institutions.

Iroajugh said the group is focused on eliminating mobilisation gaps ahead of the 2027 elections and ensuring that any electoral victory reflects the confidence and collective mandate of Nigerians.

The organisation also called on its members across wards, polling units, local government areas, and states to intensify mobilisation efforts in support of President Tinubu and the Renewed Hope Agenda.
