Leading gubernatorial candidate Olumide Osaigbovo Akpata continues to seek spiritual blessings and guidance from religious leaders as his path to Osadebe Avenue becomes clearer with the approaching election.

The Labour Party candidate recently revealed that he shared his genuine intention to run for the highest office with the Roman Catholic Archbishop of the Metropolitan See of Benin City, Most Reverend Dr. Augustine Obiora Akubeze.

Akpata expressed his sentiments: “It was a profound privilege to meet with His Grace, Most Reverend Dr. Augustine Obiora Akubeze. During our meeting, I sought his blessings, prayers, and guidance as I formally informed him of my aspiration to govern the great people of Edo State.
