“I Almost Lost My Mind” – Regina Daniels Speaks After Fake Medical Report Hits Internet
According to Ireporter Online, Nollywood actress Regina Daniels has spoken out following the release of an alleged medical report falsely linked to her and attributed to Serenity Royale Hospital in Abuja.
The matter gained public attention on November 14, 2025, after a document purportedly issued by the hospital surfaced online. The management of Serenity Royale Hospital later distanced itself from the report, confirming it was fabricated and had no connection to their facility.
Reacting to the clarification, Regina Daniels took to Instagram to express how unsettling the situation had been, noting that she has a personal relationship with the hospital’s owner. She revealed that she had been ready to pursue legal action before the hospital officially dismissed the circulating document as false.
The actress expressed relief over the hospital’s prompt response, saying the clarification helped dispel the confusion surrounding the report and enabled her to let go of the matter.
She wrote: “Thank you for this. Knowing the owner of this hospital is a family friend made me almost go crazy and sue you all. But thank you for standing by the truth despite knowing your big fish in the family. Saving your hospital and doing the right thing. So thanks, and let me kill this.”
