PDP Youths Want Secondus Sacked As Chairman, Replaced With Young, Vibrant Person

The youth wing of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has protested against the alleged appalling leadership of the National Chairman, Prince Uche Secondus.

The youths’ demonstration led to the partial disruption of the party’s National Executive Council meetings.

Ripples Nigeria gathered that the youths demonstrated with different placards carrying various inscriptions like “Secondus must go”, “Secondus has failed”, “PDP needs a vibrant leader, not Secondus “, demanding the immediate sack of the National Chairman.

But to placate the youths, the leaders of the party sent out a delegation for a dialogue with the protesters, who insisted that the current leadership of the party can not take them to victory in 2023.

The protesters however called for the immediate dissolution of the Prince Uche Secondus-led board and for the chairman to be replaced with a vibrant young person.
