President Tinubu Joins Millions For Eid Prayers In Lagos (Watch Video)

According to official sources, President Bola Tinubu attended the Eid prayers on Friday at the Defence Mosque, Dodan Barracks, Lagos State, marking the conclusion of the 2026 Ramadan fast. The President arrived under tight security and was promptly guided to his designated seat at the prayer ground.

Earlier reports indicate that President Tinubu and First Lady Remi Tinubu returned to Nigeria following a historic state visit to the United Kingdom. During the visit, which took place from March 17 to 19, the President and his delegation were hosted by Their Majesties King Charles III and Queen Camilla at Windsor Castle. This visit marked the first time in 37 years that a Nigerian leader was received in a state visit to the UK, and the first ever hosted by the British monarch at Windsor Castle.

The President will spend the Sallah holiday in Lagos before resuming official duties. The visit aimed to strengthen the long-standing relationship between Nigeria and the United Kingdom, focusing on collaboration in trade, investment, cultural exchange, and immigration.
