Regina Daniels Accuses Ned Nwoko Of ‘Diabolical’ Plot To Detain Her Brother

According to Ireporter Online, Nollywood actress Regina Daniels has accused her husband, Senator Ned Nwoko, of engaging in what she described as “diabolical” acts following his alleged refusal to release her brother, Sammy West.

The actress took to Instagram to express her distress over the conditions reportedly imposed by the lawmaker for her brother’s freedom. Regina alleged that Senator Nwoko vowed to keep Sammy West detained until she returns to his home, describing the situation as both “disturbing and inhumane.”

Her remarks followed an earlier statement by her other brother, Sweezy, who accused the senator of intimidation, claiming that Sammy West’s detention had gone beyond a lawful arrest. He lamented that his brother had been denied legal representation as well as access to food and water.

Regina Daniels, in her post, questioned Ned Nwoko’s motives, saying that despite allegedly calling her his “most useless wife,” he still insists on her return. She decried the situation as an act of obsession rather than affection, demanding the immediate release of her brother.

“This is now a case of kidnapping,” she wrote. “Holding my brother down till I return is diabolical! You’ve always called me the most useless wife, so why do you need that useless wife back? Free my brother! No matter what he did, his family deserves to see him. Nigeria Police, free Sammy West!”

The situation has stirred mixed reactions online, with many Nigerians calling for an investigation into the actress’s claims and urging authorities to ensure due process is followed.
