See What Supreme Court Just Did To Revd. Alia As Benue APC Guber Candidate
The Supreme Court has dismissed Professor Terhemba Shija’s appeal against the All Progressives Congress (APC) primary that produced Reverend Father Hyacinth Alia as the party’s Benue State governorship candidate for the 2023 general elections.

Professor Shija withdrew his appeal, and Justice John Okoro, who presided over a five-judge panel, dismissed it on Thursday.
The panel dismissed it on the ground that it was statute barred.
