Sophia Momodu Clarifies: “I’m Not Davido’s Wife, Let Us Move On In Peace

According to Ireporter Online, Sophia Momodu, the first baby mama of Nigerian music star David Adeleke, popularly known as Davido, has urged the public to stop referring to her as the singer’s wife.

During a recent Instagram live session, Sophia recounted an encounter with a content creator who mistakenly called her “OBO’s wife” while seeing her in public. She expressed her disapproval of being labeled as Davido’s spouse, emphasizing the need to respect individuals’ personal choices and existing marriages.

Sophia further stated that she has moved on from Davido and encouraged fans to do the same. She also hinted at being in a new relationship, describing her partner as someone who brings her happiness.

She added, “Stop referring to me as Davido’s wife. Let’s respect people’s marriages. If people have moved on, allow them to move on in peace. Everyone is happy and at peace, so allow us move on in peace.”
