Ugochinyere Slams Nigerian Politicians As ‘Stupid’ After Ghana’s Opposition Triumphs

recent presidential election. Ugochinyere praised Ghana’s opposition for standing firm and defeating the ruling government, while condemning the Nigerian opposition for failing to do the same.

In a fiery statement on Sunday, Ugochinyere criticized the opposition Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) for its inability to challenge the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC). He accused the party’s leadership, including PDP National Chairman Umar Damagum and National Secretary Samuel Anyawu, of aligning with the ruling APC. He also called out PDP officials and governors for supporting the APC in exchange for personal gains, labeling their actions as “stupid and shameless.”

He continued, “While Ghana’s opposition triumphs, our opposition in Nigeria, led by figures like Damagum and Anyawu, is shamelessly working with the ruling party. They are more loyal to APC ministers than to their own party, even signing documents to undermine opposition states and appointing APC loyalists within the PDP.”

Ugochinyere lamented the state of the PDP, accusing its leadership of betraying the party and its supporters for petty political interests. He called for the party to reclaim its integrity and stand firm against the ruling government rather than continue compromising its values.
