Victor Osimhen Concedes Morocco’s Home Advantage Ahead Of AFCON Semi-Final Showdown

Victor Osimhen has admitted that Morocco will enjoy a notable advantage when they face Nigeria in Wednesday night’s Africa Cup of Nations semi-final, owing to the backing of their home supporters.

According to Ireporter Online, the Super Eagles’ assistant captain acknowledged the challenge of playing against the Atlas Lions on home soil but insisted that Nigeria remain confident of securing a place in the final.

Nigeria head into the crucial encounter without suspended captain Wilfred Ndidi, a situation that places increased responsibility on Osimhen, who is expected to lead the attack. The Galatasaray forward comes into the tie buoyed by Nigeria’s recent performances, including their convincing 4-1 victory over Gabon in the World Cup qualifying playoff semi-final.
