Viral Star’s Last Moments: TikToker Slumps, Dies During Livestream — Family Reveals True Cause

A well-known TikTok content creator, popularly known as ‘Disturbing’, has been laid to rest after tragically collapsing during a live session at his home in the Ikorodu area of Lagos State.

The incident occurred on Thursday when he reportedly suffered a seizure and fell unconscious.
A viral video that circulated online on Friday captured his final moments, showing him in visible distress before collapsing.

Speaking anonymously to Punch, a local resident confirmed that the creator was buried on Friday, in line with his family’s wishes.
“The incident happened on Thursday, and he sadly passed away on Friday. His family chose to bury him immediately,” the resident disclosed.

The late TikToker was an active figure in the “Justice For Mohbad” movement, which advocates for justice for the late Nigerian singer Mohbad. His strong involvement had earned him a large following, leaving many fans heartbroken by his sudden death.

Following his passing, members of the “Justice For Mohbad” movement, including Mohbad’s father, Joseph Aloba, visited the deceased’s family to offer their condolences and show support.

In an emotional TikTok post, the deceased’s wife, identified as Omowunmi, explained that her husband had hit his head on a stone during the fall.

She recounted, “I was cooking for him in the kitchen when neighbours rushed in to alert me. He had a seizure, fell, and struck his head against a stone in front of him. Blood was gushing from his head. A young boy and some neighbours saw him collapse, initially thinking he had fainted, and started pouring water on him. The boy then ran to call me.”

Omowunmi said she stopped them from pouring more water, recognizing it was a seizure, and they quickly rushed him to the hospital where he was placed on oxygen. Unfortunately, he was pronounced dead on Friday morning.

She also clarified that it wasn’t the first time her husband experienced seizures, noting that he had been on medication.
Dispelling rumours of a spiritual attack, she added that the last seizure he experienced prior to this incident occurred in February.
