Iranian Foreign Minister: First Attack Was Warning, We Can Hit Tel Aviv, Israel’s Ports

Iran’s Foreign Minister, Hossein Amir-Abdullahi, has issued a warning following the recent escalation of tensions with Israel. Emphasizing Iran’s commitment to avoiding civilian casualties, Amir-Abdullahi clarified that their military actions were directed solely towards military targets. He indicated that Iran’s response would be contingent on Israel’s actions, suggesting that any significant attack from Israel would provoke an immediate and severe retaliation.

The Foreign Minister also downplayed the effectiveness of the weapons used in the recent attack on Iran, likening them to children’s toys. Despite reports of Israel’s retaliatory actions, Amir-Abdullahi did not confirm Israel’s involvement in the attack on Iran.

The recent escalation stems from Iran’s retaliation for an earlier attack in Damascus, Syria, which resulted in the death of Iranian generals. While tensions remain high, Amir-Abdullahi’s remarks underscore Iran’s readiness to respond decisively to any perceived aggression from Israel.
