The six Commissioner-nominees are: Paul Nosayaba Ohonbamu, Washington Osa Osifo, Paddy Iyamu, Lucky Eseigbe, Andrew ljegbai, and Marie Olabisi Idaomi.

Ohonbamu previously served as a two-term member of the State Assembly and was the Commissioner for Information and Orientation during the first tenure of former Governor Godwin Obaseki, while Osifo held the position of Commissioner for Education under Adams Oshiomhole’s administration.

The letter included a statement from Governor Okpebholo, emphasizing the importance of these nominees for consideration and confirmation by the Assembly.
