According to the command’s spokesperson, Omolola Odutola, Falola was apprehended on January 20.

The incident reportedly occurred on January 15, 2025, around 9:00 am, when Falola allegedly invaded the residence of Oladipupo Adeniran on Ifelodun Street, Ago Ajeri, Agbado, threatening to incinerate the home.

While the police have not disclosed the motive for the assault, witnesses report that Falola struck Adeniran on the head with an empty beer bottle.

As neighbors rushed Adeniran to the hospital for treatment, authorities disclosed that ‘Black Jesus’ subsequently set fire to the victim’s apartment, resulting in damages estimated at over N1.4 million
