The camp of the presidential candidate of Labour party (LP), Peter Obi has disclosed that his meeting with some Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) chieftains was to forge a united front for a winning alliance against the big two – PDP and the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC.
The meeting is the second time the former Governor of Anambra State would be meeting with Wike after dumping the PDP and declaring his presidential ambition on the LP platform.
Others at the meeting include former Governor of Ondo State, Olusegun Mimiko, former Governor of Cross River State, Donald Duke and former Governor of Gombe State, Ibrahim Dankwanbo.
Also at the meeting are Benue State Governor, Samuel Ortom; Governor of Abia State, Okezie Ikpeazu; former Attorney General of the Federation and Minister of Justice, Mohammed Adoke and several others.
