A human rights activist, Apostle Omone Azemoobo, has urged PDP Edo North delegates to support Mr Tony Ohifemi Ezekiel for the Edo North  Senatorial district ticket ahead of the party primaries in May.

According to the senior clergyman and human rights campaigner, only good and quality representation can ensure speedy and massive progress in Edo North.

In a press statement personally signed by the fiery preacher, Edo North plays a significant economic role for the State and the Nation at large, and only coordinated efforts to elect the proper representative would change the narrative.

He emphasized Tony Ezekiel’s essential values, which are critically needed to ensure effective and qualitative representation at the National Assembly, such as transparency, responsibility, accountability, participation, and responsiveness.

In part, the statement read,

It is once again election season, and our party delegates are the guardians of our collective fate because they ensure that only credible, popular, and acceptable candidates are put forth for us, the people, to vote for.

It is important that at this time, our energy and drive be directed toward our party delegates, who are crucial in this electoral process.
