Asiwaju Support Group Germany Sensitize The Public Ahead Of 2023
ASIWAJU BOLA AHMED TINUBU SUPPORT GROUP GERMANY (ABATSG) LAGOS STATE CHAPTER held a public consultative forum at the Alimosho Local Government Area to sensitize the public on the Presidential Ambition of Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu and their responsibility to make it a reality.
The meeting was hosted by ABATSG Alimosho LGA; speaking at the event, the Lagos State Coordinator of the group, Hon. Bolaji Onabanjo stressed the need for people including ordinary citizens and party members to have their Permanent Voters Card (PVC) and go out on the day of the election to cast their vote for Asiwaju. He said they can be conveyed to register or revalidate their PVC through the PVC mobilization committee of the group if they need help to get around the locality. He enjoins delegates of the APC present at the event to be ready to take the future into their hands when the primary election commences. He asked them to also reach out to delegates with whom they are friends outside of the state to join in the ASIWAJU Campaign Trail.
The meeting was well attended by members of ABATSG across the nook and crannies of Alimosho LGA, all in attendance were members of ABATSG Lagos Island and Mushin Odi-Olowo. The public consultative forum also doubles as an opportunity to reach out to Muslims and Christians alike during their respective fasting season and provide them with palliatives.
The ABATSG Alimosho coordinator that hosted the public forum; Hon. Akinola Peters welcomed and appreciated the founders and members of the group. He reiterated the commitment of Alimosho members to make the progressive party emerge victorious in the coming elections.
Speaking at the event also Hon Babatunde Surajudeen, the coordinator of Mushin Odi-Olowo, and Hon. Segun Oluyomi encourages people not to just come out en-mass for public discourse like this but also ensure that those critical masses are also equipped with the PVC to cast the vote in elections. They both stressed that there is no strength in the number without the needed document to cast the vote.
