BREAKING: President Tinubu’s Nationwide Address Scheduled for Sunday

President Bola Tinubu is set to address the nation in a broadcast on Sunday, August 4, 2024, at 7:00 am.

Ajuri Ngelale, the Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity, announced this in a statement on Saturday titled “President Tinubu to Address the Nation.” He encouraged all television, radio, and electronic media outlets to synchronize with the network services of the Nigerian Television Authority (NTA) and the Federal Radio Corporation of Nigeria (FRCN) for the broadcast.

The news reach iReporteronline noted that the broadcast will be repeated on the NTA and FRCN at 3:00 pm and 7:00 pm on the same day.

Protests Continue Amidst Nationwide Unrest

Meanwhile, protests have erupted across Lagos, Oyo, Abuja, and other states as citizens demand the reversal of the fuel subsidy removal and address the soaring prices of goods and services in the country.
