BREAKING: Tension Escalates as Protesters March on Presidential Villa
In a rapidly developing situation, a large group of protesters is moving towards the Central Business District and the Presidential Villa in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT).
Reports from DAILY POST indicate that hundreds of demonstrators, primarily northern youths, are advancing from Berger Junction and Wuse Market, converging on the city center.
One protester voiced their determination to DAILY POST, saying, “We are heading to the (Presidential) Villa. Bad governance must be confronted.”
The protest has caused widespread disruption, leading to the closure of numerous shops and banks in the Wuse Market vicinity.
Security personnel have been dispatched to Wuse Market and Berger Junction to maintain order as the situation unfolds.
