During the late November to early December period last year, the school experienced multiple robbery incidents, resulting in the deaths of two students and injuries to several others.
In response, the school management suspended physical classes and instructed students to stay away for two weeks.
The police recovered items suspected to be stolen, including a 3kg cylinder and approximately three mattresses from the students’ apartments.
Odutola explained that some students who returned after the holiday found their residences broken into, with stolen items such as refrigerators.
Before this recent arrest, at least eight suspected robbers had already been detained in connection with the previous robberies and killings at the school.
