The court not only froze Orjiako’s accounts but also prohibited him, his agents, servants, or anyone acting on his behalf from operating, withdrawing from, tampering with, or dealing with his funds in any bank or financial institution within Nigeria. This restraint is to remain in effect until the motion on notice for the appointment of a Special Manager, filed as part of this case, is heard and determined.

Furthermore, the court extended the prohibition to Orjiako’s former employers and other investment vehicles, disallowing any financial dealings with him until his alleged debt is resolved.

The respondents in this case include entities like Helko Nigeria Limited, Neymeth International Pharmaceuticals Plc, Salvic Petroleum Resources Limited, and Zebbra Energy Limited.

The court also issued orders that require all banks and financial institutions holding Orjiako’s accounts to provide sworn statements detailing the amounts within those accounts within seven days of receiving a copy of the court’s order.

Additionally, the court authorized the creditor (Access Bank) to take control of and safeguard all of Orjiako’s assets, including specific properties owned directly or indirectly by him.
