The Honourable Minister of Regional Development, Engr. Abubakar Momoh FNSE, on Thursday received in audience the immediate past Minister of State for Works and housing , Hon. Umar Ibrahim El-Yakub CON, at his office in Abuja.

The visit was a cordial reunion between two respected public servants who both distinguished themselves as members of the House of Representatives, where they contributed significantly to national legislation and governance reforms.

During the interaction, both leaders discussed avenues for strengthening inter-ministerial collaboration and sustaining ongoing efforts towards balanced regional growth under President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda.

Hon. El-Yakub commended Engr. Momoh for his visionary leadership and the Ministry’s proactive coordination of Nigeria’s regional development commissions, noting that such efforts are vital to driving infrastructure renewal and inclusive growth across all geopolitical zones.

In his response, Engr. Momoh appreciated the visit and described Hon.
