Fatal Accident On Third Mainland Bridge Claims One Life
A fatal crash involving a single vehicle occurred Thursday night on the Third Mainland Bridge in Lagos, resulting in the death of one person.

According to LASTMA, the crash involved a loaded mini truck, which reportedly lost control, leading to a severe impact. The identity of the deceased has not yet been released.
The agency noted that its officers were immediately deployed to the scene to control traffic flow and reduce congestion resulting from the incident.
“A lone accident occurred on Third Mainland Bridge, near UNILAG Waterfront, inward Adekunle, involving a loaded mini truck. Sadly, one fatality has been confirmed,” the statement said.
Recovery efforts are ongoing, with traffic officers actively managing the situation to ensure minimal disruption to commuters.
