Gbajabiamila Speaks On Accusations Against Him
Amid allegations against the President’s Chief of Staff, Mr. Femi Gbajabiamila, suggesting he’s obstructing progress and rumors of his potential removal, Gbajabiamila asserted his resilience against rumor-mongering.
Media reports hinted at Gbajabiamila’s uncertain tenure, alleging that he’s been involved in trading appointments in the administration of President Bola Tinubu to the highest bidder.

However, Gbajabiamila took to Twitter to clarify the situation, reiterating the government’s dedication to the “renewed hope agenda” and its pledge to deliver effective governance to the Nigerian populace. He stressed that this agenda is not motivated by personal gain or influenced by financial interests. The focus remains steadfast, impervious to any form of propaganda.
He further stated that the government has a crucial mission to fulfill and that its goals will not be derailed by unfounded accusations from unverified sources. Gbajabiamila assured Nigerians that President Bola Tinubu and his committed team will stay on track and deliver without succumbing to distractions.
He emphasized that this is not the time to be diverted or allow divisive tactics to impede the noble objective.
Speaking on his verified handle @femigbaja (formerly Twitter), he said: “Last Thursday, the Supreme Court gave the renewed hope agenda a stable platform to deliver good governance to Nigerians. Our agenda is not driven by pecuniary politics, and no amount of propaganda can derail our focus. We have a critical assignment to deliver and our objectives will not be interrupted by baseless accusations from unverifiable quarters. Nigerians can rest assured that the President and his strong team will deliver without distractions.”
He affirmed that the government remains steadfast in its mission and will persist in working tirelessly to realize its objectives.
Despite ongoing rumors regarding the potential removal of the Chief of Staff, the former Speaker of the House of Representatives emphasized that the government’s primary focus remains on the “renewed hope agenda” and the assurance of good governance for the Nigerian populace. This commitment, he stressed, is unwavering and undistracted by external clamor.
He further emphasized that the government’s dedication to its goals stands unwavering.
