Hon Jude Ise-Idehen: Building Human Capacity Development A Panacea To Youth Restiveness & 419

There is a looming problem facing our nation especially amongst the youths in the South, there is a growing and disturbing trend whereby our youths have refused to work, majority of the youths are inspired to go into Yahoo Yahoo business aka 419.

This trend is really nauseating and the government of the day should put all their efforts into redressing this sad and worrisome development.

One of the panaceas to this youth restiveness and sudden greed is human capacity development. We must encourage the youths to learn skills that can be able to make them great entrepreneurs in the nearest future.

The lawmaker representing Egor/Ikpoba Okha federal constituency in the National Assembly Hon Jude Ise-Idehen is doing remarkably well in developing the human capacity of his constituents through unique skills acquisitions meant to build a generation of hardworking proficient people.

The Federal lawmaker has been at the vanguard of empowering his constituents with various craftworks that today the testimonies have started pouring out en-masse.

Not only does building human capacity a key to economic growth it also goes a long way in breeding self-confidence in oneself.

Here is a testimony of one of the beneficiaries from the last training of constituents on Shoemaking business.

According to an appreciation message sent to the Lawmaker, this was what Jake Omokaro Suweku had to say,

“I am a beneficiary of the last concluded shoe making training held late last year, I have started making by myself. Here are samples of my handiwork.
I humbly appreciate the opportunity you gave us through your office.”

Creativity at play, isn’t this awesome and encouraging? Our youths need to be positively engaged and anything done towards developing the youths should be promoted by every single one.
