I Act Happy’ – Nancy Isime Breaks Silence Amid UK Woman’s Marriage Drama

According to Ireporter Online, Nigerian media personality and actress Nancy Isime has remained silent amid allegations linking her to the collapse of a UK-based woman’s marriage. The woman, Ify Okafor, accused Isime and former beauty queen Sylvia Nduka of playing roles in the breakdown of her marriage to businessman Chinedu Nwobodo, owner of Circa Lagos.

Ify Okafor, who hails from Ogwashi-Uku in Delta State, detailed her claims in an extensive post on Facebook, alleging repeated infidelity by her former husband during their marriage, some of which occurred while they were still legally and traditionally married. She asserted that the alleged involvement of Isime and Nduka caused significant pain, shame, and disruption in her home.

Okafor also described enduring physical attacks, emotional abuse, threats, and controlling behavior throughout her marriage, which she said left her mentally and emotionally exhausted.

Despite the controversy circulating on social media, Nancy Isime appeared unbothered, sharing photos from a recent vacation on Instagram. In her post, she acknowledged presenting a happy persona online while expressing a desire to step back from social media, similar to colleague Alex Ekubo. She wrote, “I act like I’m happy to be back but deep down I want to pull a @alexxekubo on social media.”
