ICYMI: Boko Haram Terrorists Set Houses Ablaze, Kill Scores In Borno
Many people are feared dead even as many others reportedly sustained various degrees of wounds when Boko Haram insurgents attacked a community in Askira Uba Local Government Area of Borno State Sunday afternoon.
The insurgents reportedly stormed Kilangal village which happens to be the hometown of Engr Abdullahi Musa Askira, the Deputy Speaker of Borno State House of Assembly where the insurgents set houses ablaze
The Air Task Force fighter jet did arrive at the location but it was too late and it was about two hours later. The damage had already been done.
According to a source, they operated without any resistance, forcing residents to flee into bushes while those who got trapped are now feared killed.
