Inter-Ethnic Married Nigerians Support Tinubu’s Presidential Ambition
The president and founder of the association of inter-ethnic married Nigerians, com. Jacob Obi on Wednesday said he would mobilize Nigerians that are inter-tribally married across the country and those involved in inter-faith marriages to garner support for Ashiwaju Bola Tinubu. He noted that Tinubu is a very sociable Muslim politician who is married to a Christian woman and does not interfere with her freedom of worship.
This, he said is a trait of a good Democrat and that is the kind of leader Nigeria needs at this moment. He said that there are over 6 million Nigerians that are inter-tribally married and over one million involved in inter-faith marriages. Comrade Obi said that the association was registered with corporate Affairs Commission on August 8, 2008 and advised Nigerians to develop a new mindset and embrace the spirit of love and oneness if we must go forward as a nation.
