JUST IN: More Aides Resign Over Akeredolu’s Death

Within 24 hours of Lucky Aiyedatiwa being sworn in as the new Governor of Ondo state, two aides of the former governor, Oluwarotimi Akeredolu, have tendered their resignations.

The resignations, effective Thursday, December 28, were submitted by Olawale Abolade, the Special Assistant on Photography to the former governor, and Doyin Odebowale, the Senior Special Assistant to Akeredolu on Special Duties and Strategy.

Additionally, Raimi Olayiwola Aminu, the state commissioner for Infrastructure, Lands, and Housing, also resigned from his appointment, as stated in a letter addressed to the Secretary to the State Government, Princess Oladunni Odu.
