Keep The Fire Burning: Man Writes Moses Omo-Ikirodah Over Etsako Federal Constituency Seat
Osirenua Dokpesi, a middle-aged resident of Agenebode in Etsako East local government area of Edo State, has written a passionate letter to Engr Moses Omo-Ikirodah, the PDP House of Representative candidate for Etsako Federal Constituency, urging him to keep the fire burning because his ambition represents the aspirations of the Afemai people.
Dokpesi who decried the inept representation of the present lawmaker representing his people in the National Assembly, claims Moses Omo-Ikirodah’s aspiration has sparked hope among Etsako federal constituents that a purposeful and well-represented leadership is now expected at the Green Chambers.
The letter read: “My dear brother and amiable leader I wish to personally congratulate you on your victory at the PDP congress and the recent affirmation of your victory by both the INEC and the PDP, this victory goes a long way to prove that the people’s choice has once again prevailed.
Over the years our people have been living in abject poverty and lack government support because of the inept representations we have had that have failed to place the people as the foundation of their representation.
It is terribly unfortunate that our youths are unemployed with little prospect of a better future; we have never had it so bad in terms of bad and unproductive representation.
We are confident that you will not fail to meet the expectations of the good people of Etsako Federal Constituency when eventually given the mandate. Your drive for success, which you have always been known for, should serve as a springboard from which you will reposition your constituents to be more productive.
Your victory at the PDP congress has rekindled hope among our people, you must therefore keep the fire burning as we look forward to a purposeful representation when you finally assume office as the people’s representatives.”
