Jose Mourinho began his second spell as Real Madrid manager on a winning note after his side secured a dramatic 2-1 victory over Espanyol on Saturday, with debutant Carlos Espi scoring a late winner.

According to Ireporter Online, the result lifted Sevilla to the top of the LaLiga standings after an impressive performance against the hosts.

Athletic Club were reduced to 10 men as early as the 11th minute when Yuri Berchiche was shown a straight red card. Sevilla quickly took advantage of their numerical superiority, with Oso breaking the deadlock four minutes later.
