NAF Appoints Air Commodore Ehimen Ejodame As New Spokesperson

A statement from NAF Headquarters highlighted that Air Commodore Ejodame is a highly experienced officer with a strong background in logistics, strategic planning, and defence management. He is a graduate of the 45th Regular Course at the Nigerian Defence Academy (NDA).
Ejodame holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, a Master’s degree in Transport and Logistics, and a PhD in Information Systems and Management Studies from the University of Sheffield, UK. He has also received specialized training in logistics at the United Nations International Peace Support Operations Centre in Kenya and completed courses in Optimisation and Decision-Making in Supply Chain in Portugal.
He graduated from both the Armed Forces Command and Staff College, Jaji, and the Air Force War College, Makurdi, where he was recognized as the Best Graduating Participant. Additionally, he has received the Chief of Defence Staff and Chief of Air Staff Awards at the National Defence College, Abuja.
Ejodame has served as a Directing Staff at the Armed Forces Command and Staff College, Jaji, and the National Defence College, Abuja. He was also the Pioneer Dean of the Faculty of Social and Management Sciences at the Air Force Institute of Technology (AFIT), Kaduna, and served as the Director of Procurement at AFIT.
As Nigeria’s Defence Adviser at the Nigeria High Commission in Malaysia, he was concurrently accredited to nine other countries, further strengthening Nigeria’s defence relations in the region.
Ejodame is a member of several professional bodies, including the Nigerian Institute of Public Relations (NIPR), the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM), and is a Fellow of both the Air Force War College and National Defence College. He is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport and the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply Management of Nigeria.
His appointment as NAF’s spokesperson brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the role.
