The Commander of the Base, Navy Captain Wasuku Alushi, revealed that the illegal refineries were pinpointed through aerial surveillance, showcasing the Navy’s advanced strategies in combating criminal operations.

Captain Alushi emphasized that the operation aligns with the Navy’s commitment to curbing various criminal activities, including kidnapping, crude oil theft, and illegal bunkering prevalent in the coastal areas of Ondo State.
