NSE Deputy President Valerie Agberagba Visits Minister Abubakar Momoh, Strengthens Collaboration on National Development
Engr. Valerie Agberagba, FNSE, the Deputy President of the Nigerian Society of Engineers, paid a courtesy visit to Engr. Abubakar Momoh, FNSE, the Hon. Minister of Regional Development, at his office in the Federal Secretariat, Abuja.
The meeting was warm, purposeful, and anchored on a shared commitment to deepen professional collaboration between the Ministry and the NSE. Both leaders reflected on the critical role engineers play in national development, from infrastructure delivery to regional planning, and discussed pathways for stronger synergy on capacity building, project monitoring, and sustainable development initiatives.
Engr. Momoh reaffirmed the Ministry’s readiness to work closely with NSE to enhance standards, promote innovation, and ensure that engineering excellence continues to drive the Renewed Hope Agenda. Engr. Agberagba commended the Minister’s leadership and expressed confidence that continued engagement will open new channels for national growth.
The visit ended on a forward-looking note, with both sides aligning on practical steps to strengthen institutional cooperation for the benefit of Nigerians.
