Deputy Commissioner of Police, Hope Okafor, issues a stern warning that criminal behavior will not be tolerated within the state, underscoring the commitment to uphold law and order.

Among the detained suspects, eight armed robbers stand accused of orchestrating a brazen attack on a family in Erin-Ijesa, seizing valuables including electronics, cocoa beans, and vehicles. The arrest of Seyi Ojo and Kamorudeen Quadri leads to the apprehension of six additional accomplices, shedding light on the interconnected web of criminal activity.

Further investigations unveil the presence of an illegal organization, terrorizing residents of Osogbo, Idi-Omo. Members including Adejumo Boluwatife, Adisa Lateef, Gbolahan Oladipupo, and Adeagbo Musibau face scrutiny for their alleged involvement in nefarious activities plaguing the state capital.

In a separate operation, the police intercept an interstate vehicle theft syndicate disguised as mechanics, thwarting their attempts to sell stolen cars. Temitope Oke, Wasiu Hammed, Olamilekan Yusuff, and Julius Wuraola are among those apprehended, their clandestine operations exposed in the wake of diligent police work.
