Plateau: Group Urges Gov Mutfwang To Consider Joining APC

The call was made on Wednesday by the Forum’s Chairman, Saleh Mandung Zazzaga, in Jos.

Zazzaga, who also served on the Presidential Campaign Council in the previous election, remarked, “Governor Caleb Mutfwang has demonstrated his commitment to progressive governance through his actions and policies since assuming office.

“However, to further advance, he should consider aligning with the APC.

“This decision would align him with President Ahmed Bola Tinubu, who has shown a keen interest in Plateau’s development and has worked tirelessly to promote it.

“Moreover, Governor Mutfwang would be in sync with other APC governors in the North Central region, fostering a unified approach towards regional development and the progress of individual states.

“Additionally, given that most of the state legislators are members of the APC, collaboration between the executive and legislative arms would be smoother, facilitating faster progress and development.”

Zazzaga encouraged the governor to continue seeking counsel from experienced leaders such as Joshua Dariye, Jonah Jang, Jeremiah Useni, Simon Lalong, and others, emphasizing the importance of their guidance for the state’s growth.
