Power Meets Purpose! LUCOSA Celebrates Barr. Paul Usenbo’s Elevation as Edo Commissioner for Power — A Testament to Character, Class & Competence!
The Lumen Christi International High School Old Students Association (LUCOSA) is in full celebration mode as one of its finest, Barr. Paul E. Usenbo, Esq, takes on a new national calling as the Honourable Commissioner for Power, Edo State, under the visionary leadership of Senator Monday Okpebholo.
In a statement signed by Chief Tosan Aiboni, President of LUCOSA, the association described Barr. Usenbo’s appointment as “a masterstroke by Governor Okpebholo — a recognition built on credibility, capacity, and an unshakable record of service.”
> “Paul has always been a shining light — a symbol of intellect, humility, and result-driven leadership,” Chief Aiboni said. “His tenure as LUCOSA President redefined what purposeful leadership looks like, and we’re confident that he will now channel that same passion into powering Edo State’s development dreams.”
LUCOSA also saluted Governor Monday Okpebholo for his Renewed Hope Blueprint that continues to inspire confidence across the state. The group hailed his knack for surrounding himself with “performers, not pretenders,” a strategy that has seen Edo State galloping into a new era of infrastructure, education, and power advancement.
Reaffirming its pride in the stellar exploits of its alumni, the association noted that Barr. Usenbo’s elevation mirrors the values of discipline, faith, and excellence embedded in the DNA of every Lumen Christi product.
> “This is the LUCOSA spirit in motion — excellence in action,” the statement read. “Aut Caesar Aut Nihil — either the best or nothing. Barr. Usenbo’s story reminds us that true leadership is about service, not status.”
As the Commissioner settles into his new role, LUCOSA expressed confidence that his blend of legal brilliance and administrative experience will energize Edo’s power landscape, spark reforms, and light up the state with innovation and progress.
From Lumen Christi to the corridors of power — the torch keeps burning bright!
