RAMADAN: TSG Felicitate With Nigerians

Tinubu Support Group, TSG, has sent its greetings and best wishes to Muslims in Nigeria and across the world as they commence the 30-day Ramadan fast.

The group in a message through its Head Media and Publicity, Tosin Adeyanju, in Abuja, said fasting is not just merely meant to stay hungry or thirsty but an opportunity to strive for inner purification and self-accountability.

The group enjoined fasting Muslims to increase their love for country, humanity, acts of charity, kindness, generosity and gratitude.

According to the group, “religion should be the moral compass for all believers in their public and personal lives,” adding that “if people allow the teachings of their religions to influence their conducts, problems such as corruption in our system would have been eliminated in the society.”

TSG called on Muslims as well as all Nigerians to utilise this period to pray fervently for peace and unity in the country.

While emphasising the importance of peace, unity and tolerance among Nigerians, the group urged everyone to extend hands of support to the needy in the society as well as pray against the current security situation of the country.

We equally call om muslim ummah to pray for the success of Alhaji Ahmed BolaTinubu in the forthcoming presidential primaries.
